  • What types of projects can Flora + Fauna help with?

    Flora + Fauna assists with a broad range of home and property needs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, handyman work, tile, painting, cleaning, gutters, landscaping, irrigation, pool repairs and outdoor-living projects. Contact us even if your project is not listed. We will let you know whether we can assist.

  • Do I need to be a member to request service?

    No. Homeowners may request help with individual repairs, maintenance needs and improvement projects without becoming members. Membership is designed for homeowners who want proactive planning and ongoing support throughout the year.

  • Does Flora + Fauna perform every service directly?

    Some services may be completed directly, while others may be coordinated through qualified independent service partners. The service provider responsible for the work will be identified during the process.

  • How do you select service professionals?

    Flora + Fauna seeks professionals based on their experience, qualifications, insurance, reliability and fit for the requested work.

  • Are your trade professionals licensed?

    Work requiring professional licensing or certification is assigned to appropriately licensed or certified providers.

  • Can you help with several projects at the same time?

    Yes. One benefit of working with Flora + Fauna is the ability to organize multiple home and property needs through one point of contact.

  • Do you offer emergency service?

    Flora + Fauna is not currently presented as an emergency-response provider. Contact us with your situation, and we will let you know whether we can assist or recommend an appropriate next step. For an immediate threat to life or property, contact emergency services or the appropriate utility provider.

  • What areas do you serve?

    Flora + Fauna serves Austin and select surrounding communities. Contact us with your property location to confirm availability.

  • How does the annual membership work?

    The membership provides an organized approach to ongoing home and property care. It may include an annual review, maintenance planning, priority request handling, project coordination and service-history organization. Specific membership options will be customized and finalized before enrollment.

  • Can you check on my home while I am traveling?

    Home checks and vendor-access coordination may be available as part of a membership or customized home-care arrangement.

  • Do you provide estimates?

    The estimate process depends on the service and provider involved. Flora + Fauna will explain the anticipated process before work is scheduled.

  • What happens if my project is not listed on the website?

    Send us a description and photographs if available. Because every home is different, we may be able to help with needs that are not specifically listed.
